Becoming a mum is amazing, overwhelming & life-changing. Identity, body image or relationships, 'On Motherhood' is your space to talk about the emotional impact of becoming a mum & the things that don't always get talked about.

Held monthly, led by Sarah Tessier, an experienced postnatal doula and antenatal teacher, the sessions are based around a theme. This is your chance to connect with other mums & talk about your experiences in a welcoming, supportive space. No booking needed, just join us.
