Space Retreat - Pregnant Relaxed and Ready

Calling Mums to be, join us for a few hours of relaxation and discover how to look after yourself in the weeks after birth

I will be leading the group session and will be teaching Mums To Be about:

Your postnatal body - what to expect and how to nurture your body

You are what you eat - nourishing your body

It takes a village - creating your circle of support and your mothermoon plan

As always, guests will be able to take a break and escape for a few hours to relax and unwind. Enjoy music, books and magazines, a film, and a luxurious 30 minute manicure and hand massage. 

There will be a range of delicious drinks and snacks (naughty and nice) as relaxing is hard work, and if you eat too much you can always take a nap, not to mention to make sure that you're well rested ahead of your much anticipated arrival!

To help guests relax and unwind guests will receive a Space Retreat Relaxation Pack that also contains some great Mum to Be goodies!
