You've written your birth plan, but what about your postnatal plan? In this session, I’ll be sharing what you need to know about resting and recovering after giving birth, adjusting to life as a new mother and what kind of support you might need.
You'll learn about what to expect physically and emotionally in the days and weeks after giving birth, understanding your baby and what they need, creating your circle of support and writing your own postnatal plan.
This event is part of Baby and Me - a parent and baby morning that takes place every Thursday. Baby and Me includes Pregnancy Yoga (9.30 - 10.30am), Post Natal Pilates for Parents (10.45 - 11.45am), birth and baby workshops/discussions led by experts, plus delicious juices, breakfast and lunches with maternal health in mind.
